A+ is the grade I would bestow upon my agent Jim Tom, and my sincere appreciation for the recent refund I received from his corporate office.
It all started with a recent $89 bump up on my Honda insurance. I called agent Tom's office, who took the time to review my policies to make sure everything was up to date. After I had let him know I no longer drove my Honda to work, he advised me that would lower the premium. I had already sent my payment in, but recently I received a refund check for about the same amount it had increased.
