It all started with a recent $89 bump up on my Honda insurance. I called agent Tom's office, who took the time to review my policies to make sure everything was up to date. After I had let him know I no longer drove my Honda to work, he advised me that would lower the premium. I am overall ok with their service BUT they were not very honest with me when they sold me my insurance policy - I pay a lot ($90 per month) with a high deductible - to get full coverage - and they ""forgot"" to mention that in case of an accident or claim, I do not have rental car insurance - whaaat?
