I was in my first accident and was treated with class and respect. The tow truck driver was very kind to me and made sure I understood where my car will be and what my next steps are. I WOULD NEVER EVER EVER RECOMMEND anyone go to Jim Mazz Auto Group!! I was in an accident and the tow truck towed my car here. When I went the next day to have it towed to my dealership, they told me that I should not trust the dealership and that I would get ripped off if I had it towed away. I would never recommend anyone to use Jim Mazz towing or anything else. Just yesterday my vehicle was in a two car accident which was caused by the other driver.
