Screwed up the oil change on a road trip and didn't want to take responsibility for the damage caused to a new vehicle. Cost thousands more to resolve becuase they played games.

MFA Oil own's a Jiffy Lube in Columbia Missouri. I stopped there at the beginning of a trip to California with my 2013 vehicle with 13K miles. These guys are THE BEST IN GOING BEYOND USUAL SERVICE! Today I went for routine service & tire rotation. They found I had a headlight out, I replaced it, but on the way home we noticed it was not working, we returned, and M.Velasquez who serviced my Trailblazer, took a look and found we had a badly burnt out headlight socket and he replaced this, and added the headlamp which thankfully is...
