Manny and the entire staff at the The Jewelry Factory in Hackensack, NJ make me feel like I'm a VIP every time I shop there. From the moment you are greeted to the time you leave their store the team at the Jewelry Factory knows how to execute 5 star customer service and will go out of their way to provide you with the best service.
