Very Satisfied Customer

I had a ring repaired because I had lost one of my diamonds. Tony offered to make me a deal on a quality diamond and make me a pendant from my old diamonds. They gave me a great deal and although I was brave enough to let him do my pendant sight unseen, I was thrilled at his craftsmanship. My ring turned out beautiful and I now have a one of a kind, made by hand pendant that is really beautiful. My experience with this company was excellent. Don't let the not so professional showroom fool you, behind those walls there are quite a few master jewelers workin there and they want you to...

Excellent Service

My experience with The Jewelry Doctor was positive. Dan Curry gave a fair estimate of my existing diamond, which helped me purchase the proper diamond upgrade for my engagement ring. I will point out that large/mall jewelers were quick to offer a base exchange rate of $500 for my .5 princess cut stone for trade-in on their ""larger but equal quality"" stone. Dan Curry surprised me with an estimate more than 4 times higher, and stressed the true value could not be completed with the diamond in the setting. I would also like to mention the so-called equal quality stones pitched to me at...

On a good day may provide adequate and average repair of jewelry if you are lucky. Has a very touchy, arrogant owner who gives the impression he believes he can't make a mistake. He needs to be taught how to treat a customer with respect. When I thought that he hadn't sized my ring correctly and mentioned it in a very calm and collected manner, he overreacted becoming very huffy and raised his voice to the point he could be heard all over the shop saying he didn't appreciate that I was calling him a liar, which I never did. When I pointed that out, he got all the more huffy and louder...

BAD SERVICE

I got a ring made from this place and when it was done, looked like crap.

The funny thing is that they tried to make it right after 2 tries and failed.

I do not suggest this place for any kind of jewelry making or repairs.

They charge high prices for bad work.

Go to a trustworthy jeweler not trying to hustle or over promise anything.

There were already a lot complaints from other customers that have used them, did not listen and got burnt!

I will charge this one to experience.

I should have listen to the other jewelers in mall when they told me this place was bad news,...
