This place has concept of customer care. We took my moms MAC in for repairs, they called later with an update, he call my mom and idiot to her face and literally made her cry. Same thing with my aunt. This guy is very rude and inappropriate. The problem was bad hard ware, yet he was talking to her like it was her fault.
