Used to love this place. Tonight the bread was so hard. Seemed like 3 day old bread. More like a cracker. Very disappointed

Great sandwiches however it was 8:42 when I walked in and they said they turn off the hot grill early. Irritating when you're craving a hot sub. Close when you close not early..

I hadn't been to a Jersey Mike's in a long time. So I stopped in today at lunchtime for a quick sub while out running errands. They were slammed. Only about 5-6 people in line ahead of me, but...

Staff couldn't even acknowledge me as I stood there for a few min with nobody else in line....I'll just go somewhere else
