I have a 2006 Honda Civic which is under the Honda Care Warranty. It was time for my oil change and tire rotation which Honda wanted to charge me around $70.00. I spoke with Jason at Midas and he informed me that the oil change and tire rotation was $24.99 of course I took my car to Midas. In addition to the oil change and tire rotation my brakes were squeaking like crazy. They were new but the cheap metallic brake pads. Jason suggested the ceramic brake pads and I went with them. My money is short so he did not shave my rotors but so far all is well. I received new brake pads, oil...

This place bent over backwards with tricks to sell me more than I needed for my car repair. For a car needing a new ball joint, they had me replacing all kinds of other parts, all of which I know for a fact were perfectly fine. Straight-out, bold faced lies--the recommended parts were not only not worn, but perfect. When I called them on it, their response was ""oh, those are suggestions--how much were you looking to spend?"" For a job that ultimately cost $200 (at another shop), they tried to get an extra $600 in unnecessary charges. \r
