Not very impressed Dex Knows
We had water in our basement from our window wells filling up with rainwater and seeping in. Our basement wasn't finished, thankfully, but we called Jerry's to come out to put drains in each window well. First and foremost, we had to have them come out 4 or 5 times to correct the problem. The work was fine but the mess was huge. The rating of "poor" is not based on their work; my basement is dry so I assume the work they did was successful but I expected they would cover my belongings with a tarp or suggest I do.
