I am a Military Retire Veteran. I bought new tires at your business of April 2016. I went 07 May 2016 to get a tire rotation, they wanted me to Pay $20.00 for the rotation. I also let them know that one of my lug nuts was missing (Passenger tire front. ). Bottom line the "DID NOT ROTATE THE TIRES AND DID NOT REPLACE THE LUG NUT. Every time you go there they are always to busy. I needed them to listen to something that would have only taken 2 seconds and they told me it would be an hour or 2 as I watched like 3 guys just standing around just talking. I was very disappointed. They lost a new customer. I sure won't be going bam
