I was with Jerrod and his team for several years and they did a pretty good job at first. When I informed them that I had moved to a different part of Southern California, they apparently didn't take note of this because they didn't mail me my updated proof of insurance cards.
When I called them for my cards and gave them my new address - a 2nd time - they still didn't update my information, but I got the cards mailed to my correct address. It later came to my renewal period and THEN they finally updated my policy and address. I know this because I received mail that showed that my premium was lower AND should have been lower for an entire year and 2 months. I'd estimate I overpaid around $400.
Regardless of that fact, they could not remedy the situation without me sending them a copy of my lease - which I did. They told me they would send the information in because they couldn't do anything.
A few months later I moved to Colorado. 2 months later I STILL heard nothing back from them, so I emailed them to see how my case was going to get a refund or credit. Jerrod THEN FINALLY informed me that because I had moved he was no longer involved in the situation. He NEVER emailed me or called me to tell me that I was left in limbo on the whole issue. He just acted like I didn't matter anymore, probably because I wasn't making him money anymore. He also rudely told me that "there wasn’t much of a difference" in how much I had overpaid.
He never bothered to tell me that he has "no way of reviewing (my) accounts/policies" because I had moved. He just left me in the dark.
He is now saying that my new agent "may be able to access the notes and documentation in (my) customer profile if they can pursue something from that end."
So now I'm at square one. He also said that me writing a negative review was "threatening" him, when, in fact it is a repercussion for his poor business practices.
Overall, it seems that the people in Jerrod's office can be friendly, but they don't really care about honestly, transparency, or customer support.

I am a local artist/business owner and these guys- especially Lauren Kitchen, are always there to help out in any way they can- even if it means taking a monthly payment in Nickles once in a while.
Jerrod is the best! He is a tremendous communicator and is always looking out for our blind spots! He truly cares!
