Heating freeze up

I came home with a house that was ice cold. All pipes were frozen. It was a week night. I called Joe and he came over, analyzed the problem. Got the heat restored. Isolated the water leaks. I never got charged for the overtime. He sent his crew early the next day to complete the plumbing repairs. What was really special, he helpd me with all the insurance claims and got me in contact with great contractors to do the cleanup and carpentry and floor repairs. No doubt the most thorough and thoughtfull contractor I have run into. His prices were very fair.

Sick building syndrome is what he called it. Joe Filbrandt was able to understand my medical condition and make recommendations to help me with changes to my home comfort system. He monitored my home and then suggested changes, more than I wanted to spend, but I am very happy with the results. I can breath easier, have less visits to the clinic and enjoy living in my home again

Best plumbing and heating service I have ever had. Knowledgable, courtious, fair. Joe is truly a gentleman and very patient. He answered all my questions. All workers were great
