Honestly, there is a reason for the bad reviews below. Unprofessional and rude. I called for my tenant's carpets to be cleaned, but will not be using them after the shady conversation on the phone.

Terrible experiences! I used this company about 6 times, on one visit the tech's damaged my furniture/home. The last time I used them their carpet cleaning machine was not working properly so it would pull the carpet away from the backing in various locations, the tech's new it but just continued damaging all my carpet rather than stopping, that was my last and final experience with them! I have been using Jensens for two years and they come every three months because of our pets. Never once have I been unsatiasfied with there service or pricing. This company will not rip you off...they do what they say and don t upcharge you like the others.
