We have two vehicles; one with 110,000+ and one with 165,000+ miles and the staff at "our" Jensen's in LaVista have kept both of them running great! Manager Ben and service manager Keith listen to any issues we are having with our cars and they get them fixed right the FIRST time. We won't go to any other repair place.

I used Jensen Tire in La Vista for all work on my company vehicle, generally reliable but when I brought my personal vehicle and checked costs I found them to be dishonest. Their mechanic became very angry with me when I suggested a way to minimize my costs, they then tried to charge me extra for an adjustment that is part of any standard front end alignment. 08/13/10 went to Jensen Tire in La vista and found one of omahas best kept secret, professional people who know what they are talking about! Very helpfull, quick, and courteous.

Had two blown U-Joints replaced and an oil change and I asked for but didn't get my tires rotated. Jensen tire was able to get me in fast and do the repair in less than 2 hours...problem is, they charged me 171 dollars just for the labor on the U-Joint repair and 35 dollars per U-Joint though they sell for half that at a local NAPA store. I assume the shop time was one hour, so they must charge...
