rude employees! do not recommend... did not help me pick out a lotion, made me sign up monthly, and i didn t even know how the bed worked! no one showed me

This place has gone down hill since the new owner took over...they have inexperienced employee's! If you want to get burned, then go here... when I go tanning I would like to have someone that actually knows what they are talking about! This place is a joke..I wont go back here..going to Tropitana or Gold N Tan..where I know I will have employees that know what they are talking about!!

Very Immature and unknowledgeable front office staff. My brief emailed inquiry to the office was ignored (I did get a read receipt) and never responded to. When I called the office a few weeks later the direct the girl that answered simply stated they did not respond to emails.
