Non-application of Proverbs 10:18

Can applying Proverbs 10:18 in some way be beneficial to a congregation? Is it ok to make excuses when it comes to expressing your own feelings about a matter? If someone comes to you and brings you a bad report, what does that remind us of? Does it not remind us of the spies of Jericho? How did the 12 spies come back with a bad report to give to Moses to discourage the ones hearing the report and to dishearten them? What was the result of that bad report that the 12 spies brought forth? Did not Jehovah vow to destroy all of them and condemn them to roam the wilderness for bringing the bad report? Its even possible that Jehovah commanded them to not even so much as grieve for such a person who complains about a servant of Jehovah behind his back. The scriptures were written for our instruction. To learn from them. To understand Jehovah's viewpoint about bringing forth bad reports. But is it actually applied by the responsible ones in the hall? We could expect members of the flock to perhaps murmur and complain about a brother who is worshipping the same God as them, and striving to obey Jehovah. Really something to think about. Because when a sister is upset, just over a man coming into the building and sitting in a seat next to them, that they can barely stomach the man in disgust, and then go and complaint to the brothers just because they feel uncomfortable when "Richard" comes and takes a seat in the hall next to them and the brothers see nothing wrong with the bad report, and then shares in murmuring and complaining against the brother instead of keeping their eyes on the things unseen, not in Richards case. How can Richard possibly remain; unseen in everything going to the hall, how can the brothers try a little bit to apply one "1" bit of counsel that we take up a "seat" every meeting and listen to brothers from the platform, and apply one scripture to Richard in being kind, loving, humble, instead of being haughty and feel and say, there's nothing we can do, we will take the complaints and you are the problem, even if you want to come in and sit in a seat in a public place, we are going to treat you like a 5th grader and when you come in, your name will be on a seat and you are to only sit in one seat only, and if you don't do it, the police will be waiting for you and you won't be able to come in. This is the damage that complaining against those in the hall does. it damages everything that a person is building up, which is Satan's main goal, to make us all look stupid. just like the wise proverb states. He knows there is no way, not even the smallest of smallest chance, that they will take Richard" and all the many many examples that were written for our instruction into account. Instead, we will force him and bring every bad report to him as well and show ourselves just as stupid as the sister are stupid in complaining, instead of teaching them good morals, and telling them that what they are doing is wrong, and they should instead be welcoming and kind and apply the things they learn instead of demonstrating that they are nothing more than a man looking in the mirror, sees something wrong and walks away like a stupid person.
