Just got back from Jeff's. Took our new car there for its first wash. It came out with scratches all over the hood. Jeff's refused to even acknowledge its responsibility. The manager was a complete a**h***.

I have used Jeff's Car Wash over the years, and used to go through the automatic. However, I don't use theirs or other automatics as I wish to keep my finish free of swirl marks and fine scratches. After using the self serve and thoroughly ...
