It is nice to be treated well. The staff are friendly and the docs are kind and realistic. There are some treatments I wouldn't want my family members to have and would certainly not put a companion animal through. These vets are aware and don't push just to make a buck. Alice was also very kind to my, less than lovable Ditty dog and I always appreciated that.

More than bad is the only thing that comes to mind. I paid an outragious fee for three days of an I V to hydrate my puppy Junior. I paid hundreds and when I was a little short I was not allowed to make payments on only the last hundred and I was refused my sick puppy. I was told that my puppy would be held there and charged daily fees until I could pay for him to get out. It was like puppy... more

Having been a client of Dr. Alice for over 5 years, I don't think it would be possible to find a better veterinarian. The first words that come to mind are compassionate and caring when describing her, she cares as much for her human clients as well as her animal clients.
