We moved to town about 3 years ago and were referred to Jeff by our local realtor. Since that time, we've had extremly positive experiences in almost every sense of the word. While we rarely have a need to use our coverage, they have always been there to answer questions and resolve any concerns my wife or I had. Since I travel a great deal, she has to handle our business activities. Jeff and the people in his office have always been very consistent in assisting us. In a world of default phone numbers, it's nice to talk to live people - nice live people. Thanks Jeff !

I just had a good experience with my State Farm Insurance Office and wanted to share it. During the high winds over the past few days, I lost a large portion of my roof. I contacted the Jeff Summers agency after hours and filed my claim. To my amazement I talked to a live claim person. The next morning I got a personal call from Jeff and his assistant both! So far the process has been seamless. The roof has actually been repaired and we're back to normal.
