JCPenney has had its ups and downs with time, and this JCPenney certainly has some drawbacks. The dressing rooms are hotter than sin, and 80% of the time they're full of clothes and a hot mess....

I mostly go to this JCPenney for the Sephora that is inside. The clothes do usually look cute, but for some reason I never really think to clothes shop here.
