Lost my pictures and when they where found they were damaged had to reorder. Lost again and customer service was horrible.

made an app for passport pictuers. Went to the app, was told they did not have the film nor had they had any for 2 months. They never called me to tell me, I went there and found out.....wasted myy time

My wife loves this store, we visit Lauderdale alot and she always ends up shopping here. The variety is large and we can spend hours in here. the sales are awesome.
