I tried to get a set of keys copied here, and ended up locked out of my house. Not only did the new keys not work, but the person managed to destroy my original set of keys (I think he must have used one as the blank for the other), so that they no longer work either. I've been bringing in my shoes to Jay's for years! I've always been beyond satisfied with the work done, whether shoe shine, stretch, or sole repair. He always does the work in a timely manner and the prices are always reasonable. I would totally recommend this small business to any of my friends and family!

I wrote a review a couple of months ago that has fallen off YELP. I am suspicious. The recent reviews are all positive. Is anyone computer savvy out there who can look into this? My review was VERY NEGATIVE. JAY RUINED A GOOD PAIR OF SHOES, AND THEN HE ACTED LIKE A COMPLETE JERK. ENOUGH SAID.
