Delivery good - really good. The burgers need seasoning because way bland. The lettuce was old for the lettuce wrapped burger. The onion rings used to be better, used to be much better. Now they're battered in a leather skin that's greasy.
This was an EXTREMELY disappointing experience. The food arrived cold and soggy. The lettuce on our burgers was slimy. All of the sauces we requested were missing. With all of the positive reviews we were looking forward to this mean. Unforutnaley most of it was inedible and ended up in the trash.

The classic Jay's cheesesteak is fantastic. The best place in SF, as far as I've experienced. Their Seitan Sandwich is also amazing, whether you're a vegetarian or not - try it. Curly fries, garlic fries - worthy a try. Not so sure about the other sides. Meh. But absolutely one of my favorite cheesesteak places in SF!
