My husband and I finally got to Jaspers last week for the first time. I'm sorry now that it took us so long. We had the Ketel Lemon martini to start - very good house-made sweet & sour. Wow ... how a year changes things. Used to be our favorite spot for a drink and delicious appetizers. We loved the service & the atmosphere too. But the last 3 times, the drinks were off and the appetizers were no where close to the quality they used to be. We usually never give a place a second chance, but we liked Jasper's and Randi so much that we gave them 3 chances!! Too bad. Hope...
