From the time that I first scheduled my appointment, the staff was completely up front with what my insurance would cover and what it would not cover. I was told a price and that was exactly what I paid. All the staff was also very polite and the environment was fantastic! I have nothing but good things to say about all of them. I've only had a shot one time in my mouth before, so I was scared to death. Dr. Shook did an excellent job fixing a cracked tooth I had. Superior and professional staff.
