They have had my wife's ring for 8 weeks to replace a single diamond and now they tell us 65 more days. The ring was sent overseas and they wouldn't tell me what country has it. I requested the ring to be returned without repair and will take to local jeweler for repair.

Purchased three bracelets a month ago as gifts for my wedding. I bought a pair of 1/2 Carat Black Diamond earrings at this location. Once I got home I opened the box to try them on with my 1/5 carat white diamond earrings i had bought at Kays.
