No stars if possible!!!! My husband bought me a Levian ring for my birthday. It broke 1 month later. They would only trade up on it, so I picked one out that was $600 more... I bought a necklace for my girlfriends birthday. The next day the necklace broke while she was wearing it. It was not a cheap necklace, I thought.... Great customer service! I highly recommend getting their service plan on anything you buy there. I go in twice a year to have my rings inspected to keep up the warranty and they clean them anytime...
