They tried to push a mother's day gift on me and did not even begin to sense that they should have backed down when i tried to avoid the subject.. My mother had just passed away about a month prior.... Not cool. ALso, they tried to charge me $160 to change a battery when they only charged me $20 last time in the same place.

Pompous individuals,sales clerk who treats customers as if they have no intelligence and beneath them. Full of his own self importance. Learn customer service if you are going to interact with the public. After utilizing their services for ten years taking my business elsewhere.

I received a beautiful bracelet as a gift from my boyfriend. The first time I wore it I realized the clasp was too loose and it kept falling off. I brought it back to the store and their only solution was that I had to buy an extended warranty. Total rip off. The jewelry is shiny but it is crappy quality. You can bet we'll never shop here again.

Purchased three bracelets a month ago as gifts for my wedding. Came in today to pick them up and apparently they do not have them as the vendor they used declined the order but no one at Jared told me. So just one week before wedding and I'm now having to find something else. Manager was not helpful in fixing situation nor did he offer any incentive as an apology. They let me leave their store...
