Train whistles all night followed by planes on approach to airport. Terrible! Police patrols about every hour -- on a weeknight evening? What's that about?
Overflowing dumpster on our site and many others. Tight spaces. Limited Wifi.
Didn't use any amenities since we got up & got out as soon as possible.
Surely there's better here.

This is actually the best location in Portland for getting around. There is the bus, the little train and I-5. I have learned that there are better ways to get into and out of town than the freeway though. Yes,there are a number of full timers living here and I have noticed that the quality of their rigs has improved....
