I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable.
