Each time I have gone to Dr. Polyak at Northern Lake Medical, I feel as if she is in a hurry, or her demeanor makes me feel like that my problem is not that big a deal like Im wasting her time. The last time I went to her in June 2007, I was sick and had to take a plane trip in a few days and wanted to make sure I went in asap.

After I got back from my trip, I had developed severe laryngitis which gradually subsided after a week, but then I developed an ear problem, so I went back to her again - she said I had swimmer's ear. She prescribed drops and after a few days, the problem didn't...
