This is a fair criticism. I was not as kind as I should have been that day. There was no excuse. I was intent on getting all the orthodontic glue off his teeth, and not as mindful as I should have been regarding his comfort. Won't let it happen again. Sorry.

I would highly recomment Dr. Eckhart's office for braces.
They are honest and friendly. All appointments start and end on time. My daughter has been very happy with her braces, she doesn't want to get them taken off.
