RUDE, unhelpful and uncaring office staff. Scheduled appointment to see the ophthalmologist but was told when arrived that the appointment was with an optometrist. There is a big difference in the two and I drove from out of town under the impression and specifically to see the ophthalmologist. Never again I waisted an hour of work to come and bring my daughter to an appointment, not to mention that she isnt a new patient . Dad forgot Medicaid card , ok?
