I have a flat roof over a porch addition which was leaking. I ordered a new roof installed and after scheduling delays, they finally started the roof. It was a roof leak not a tile repair. I rated the quality of work as a 4 and not a 5 because the roof ridge tiles had visible cement and there were several small tar stains in my garage floor, and part of the garage ceiling was replaced and some parts of it looked darker than others. Otherwise everything else was good.
