This company runs illegally

90% or more of their technicians are illegal aliens. I know because I used to work there. I was the only u.s citizen working there. They may have good prices but you get what you pay for, an illegal alien who speaks no english. On top of this, their office staff is incompetant and lazy. A pleasure to do business with. I called on a Sunday (they are closed Sunday) and my call was returned at 8 am on Monday morning. They gave me a quote over the phone for a broken spring and were at my house by 10 am to replace it. I had gotten another quote on Sunday for MORE than DOUBLE their price!!! Excellent service, polite lady on the phone, the tech was courteous and efficient. I will definitely be doing business with them again should I need it.
