Jackson's is a great spot to grab that last beer before you go into the game, just do not eat there. Food quality is poor and menu is boring. Typical bar food pulled from the freezer and dropped in the deep fryer. Cold beer and hot beer tub girls are not enough. They need a chef that can cook!!!

I went into Jackson's on 9/22 at 4pm. At 4:10pm, I walked out WITHOUT being served. The bartender was too busy visiting with employees on the other side of the bar to serve me. He walked by me twice. Once to ask the people next to me if their food was good. The other time to bum a cigarette from the same people. The place was virtually empty.

If you know then you know... When you are anywhere downtown around the Bob or other destinations and you get thirsty or want to party with the best then you must stop at Jackson's on 3rd because they really make you feel at home... I love it there and I would like to move in as soon as there is an opening...
