Clean, great picnic tables and shade. Newer play equipment for ages 3-12. Nice swings and a bike path for littles. The bathrooms are iffy--usually dirty and the lights do not always turn on.

The grounds of Jackson Park Apartments are populated by eucalyptus trees and green grass, and there is a relatively quiet atmosphere. The 1-3 bedroom apartments are located next to the trees and playground of Jackson Park, and minutes from the Grossmont Shopping Center. Beige stucco and shingle siding, and red clay shingle roofs, give a nice look to the community dwelling.
