My mother is a 91 year old,diabetic woman with COPD,&severe ostheoarthritis.She depends on her home maker & her wheel chair to get arround. She has been seeing Dr.Debenedictics, on a monthly basis,for a number of years.Yesterday,she showed 24 minutes late to her appt. & was turned away. This is the very first time my mother is late. In fact, most of the time she has to wait upwards of 2 hours...
