I'd have to say hands down this place was much better for storage vs a couple other places. The people were much better at customer service - they actually helped us - the rates were good and locked in for a year. Even offered us a truck to use and showed us around the lot! We will send friends here if they need storage..that's for sure!

All I have to say about this place is that it is clean, not ghetto, easy to get to, and the folks that work here are super friendly. I've been in and out of quite a few storage units and friendly service has been few and far between. Also if you sign up with them you can borrow a truck.

Very good customer service. A+ experience. The price was right, no climate control needed for my stuff (it's a waste of money), just pull up to my unit and drop off.

This is a great storage facility. The manager, Henry, is very nice and helpful. When I was moving my stuff around on a hot day they brought me a bottle of cold water.
We've had a storage unit with them for a few months now and everything has gone very smoothly! From setting up online payments to getting the unit we requested, the manager went above and beyond and was very helpful. We are very happy that we can have such a peace of mind about our belongings! no hassle or haggling over the price. rate is locked in for a year. a truck is offered to use for move in or to rent if you are moving out. overall a good place to do business.
I recently got a new storage room at the Jack Rabbit storage facility on shore drive. The manager working was so incredibly helpful and patient assisting me when choosing a unit.
