This authentic Irish pub is complete with dark wooded interior and booths enclosed with stained glass for semi-privacy. The bar is a focal point, and meeting rooms upstairs allow for group functions. Traditional Irish favorites feature prominently on the menu, and the bar offers a regular schedule of live music.

WHY WE LOVE IT: It’s like an Italian grandmother opened a restaurant in the old Wheat Ridge Dairy name of former restaurant. Meals start with half a loaf of ciabatta and just get better from there.

WHAT TO GET: Thinly sliced, succulent eggplant parmigiano. Stop in the bakery and take home some pignoli cookies, miniature cream puffs, eclairs or cannolis.

The Colorado Springs Jack Quinn's really delivers when it comes to Irish bars. Good beer, good pub food, good spirits. Building is narrow (though long), so it gets cramped and loud... more

Jack Quinn's is a wonderful place go grab a pint of Guinness, a plate of boxty, and watch a ballgame or listen to traditional Irish music.

Pros

+ Good draft beers, good food, good music

Cons

- Downtown location, while great, makes parking a challenge sometimes.
