Something is Always broken

I'm sure they try very hard. I am not trying to undermine their efforts, but every time I go and order something there is something wrong with the speaker in the drive through or one of their machines for smoothies or milkshakes is not working.

The tacos are getting smaller, colder and the wait is getting ridiculous in drive thru, all the Jacks in Baytown. The burgers always have grissle in them! I am never visiting one again! The value for the money is a joke, wait time and service...c'mon!...
