Don, came out in the Ice and serviced my unit in a very timely manner. He found the problem within minutes of looking at my unit, and replaced only what was necessary. He was very professional, and courteous. Prior to leaving he took pictures of the parts replaced, and told me if I had further problems that I would receive credit for what I had already spent. They were prompt and professional. They took the time to show me what the problem was and how they were going to fix it. The gentlemen who came were very courteous and one of them had been here before and he remembered me.
