Wow - what a gem this hotel is. Not sure what the 1 star posters saw, but I experienced none of what they complained about. Have been to this hotel many times, and have yet to have a bad exerience. Staff is not courteous. Extremely slow to checking in. The part I hate the most is the valet. They stand around doing nothing while you are waiting for them to park your car. And if you don't tip them they I get quite rude and emotional. Look, I'm already paying $20 bucks a day for valet service in the room fee. NO I am not going to tip you anything at all, deal with it.
