I believe the true test of any Company is when things go wrong. We had a Speed Queen washer that needed warranty repair. J & S repaired the washer, but at pick up the Manager, (I think) asked I NOT bring my business back to J & S. He said it was because I had dropped off the washed on a Sunday.
