I started dealing with Fred when he was just getting started in 2009...he was very reasonable and professional...I recommened several people 2 him...I like him...fast fwd 2 2013 and things are very different...I called last wk and 2 c if they could repair my car because my parts were warrantied 2 them...they said yes...sandy the receptionist told me 2 bring my car in...I dropped my car off...
