Called me before I even got off the phone with ServiceMagic. Gave me a quote over the phone. Set up the appointment to do the install, arrived on time, went right to work, and was done within the time frame he had quoted me. Cleaned up, reviewed how to operate the fan and I was to work on time. Very busy man but didn't let that interfere with the work he was doing for me.
