They burnt my hair
They fried my hair until it fell out! I went there to have my hair dyed blonde and it was a disaster! It took 3 hours for them to get it close to one color. When I left, I still had 3 different colors in my hair. The stylist insulted my hair cut twice (I have one side shaved) and tried to insist he should cut it. When washing out the chemicals I got soaked and my shirt is permanently discolored. My hair was literally falling out in the chair when he dried it. Because I was crying in the chair he only charged me $85 and he seemed to think this was a good deal. I shouldn't have had to pay anything. The service was horrible too, couldn't understand me when I described the color blonde I wanted, and had to point it out on a color wheel. He was constantly on the phone, and rough while handing my burnt scalp. Don't go there!

I came into this salon with tons of doubts and was I ever right! This dude name Jubenal, who calls himself a Professional hair stylists screwed up my hair! I gave him so much hair to work with and he had all the time in the world to work on me. But yet, He goes out of his way and cut my hair as he so choses and as quickly as possible.
