Good selection and good service, great prices. Also good hours -- Sat 9 am - 4 pm is longer than a number of showrooms in the area and, depending where you live, the Rt 9 location in Needham is convenient and a little less busy than locations in more commercial centers.
You can wander the showroom for good ideas on sinks, toilets, appliances, counters, cabinets, lighting, faucets, etc. It's a bit mindboggling.
