I received good customer service today like always whenever I visit JCP. I'm always happy when entering and leaving the store at Queens Centre Mall. The decors in every store changed already and you can feel Fall season in the air.

Worst customer service possible!! I arrived to my appointment and the photographer informed me she wont allow me to have any clothing changes, even though it wasnt on a weekend.
