JC Penny's has a nice little salon upstairs many probably do not even know it's there. They stylists are very well trained and creative in here. Sometimes I am a bit nervous on what they suggest to do to my hair, but I am always pleased with the outcome. I enjoy their creativity.

I have been here a few time for highlights. Stylists here are nice they do a good job. I was pleased with the color highlights they recommended for me. I was in and out of ther in no time to. I would say the prices are about the same as any higher quality salon.

I have been to this salon a couple of time and the sylist are very good. I have gotten highlighting done in here. They do a nice job and are very friendly. The prices are not the best but are average compared to similar salons.
